Felicity is a lifelong resident of Mandeville. She has been married for 18 years to her very supportive husband, Jay. Together they have two children, Margaux and Trey.

A licensed agent and notary public, Erin has been in the real estate and development business for over nine years and was previously an interior design consultant. She serves as Director of Operations for Felicity Kahn & Associates at RE/MAX Alliance.
Erin moved to St. Tammany Parish in 2002 from North Louisiana. She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and an active member of the Church of the King in Mandeville.
Aside from work, you will find Erin spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Keith, have two beautiful children, Conner and Chandler.

Carla brings an always cheerful outlook and can-do attitude wherever she goes. Originally from Zachary, LA, Carla has lived on the Northshore for 15 years.
Prior to her successful career in real estate, Carla practiced Physical Therapy specializing in pediatrics, geriatrics, and orthopedics. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where she majored in Pre-Med and Psychology. From there, Carla attended LSU Medical Center in New Orleans and received her graduate degree in Physical Therapy.
Carla and her husband, Chris, live in Covington with her daughters Camille and Malorie. In her spare time, Carla enjoys yoga and lunch with friends. With family, she enjoys LSU football, theater, and concerts. Carla loves helping her friends and family with all their real estate needs.
